Responsibilities

  • Define and implement board and multi-board hardware validation plans across Proto, EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware validation failures.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of hardware validation engineers.
  • Collaborate with hardware design, silicon, firmware, and manufacturing teams across the product lifecycle.
  • Drive improvements in validation methodology, tooling, automation, and data analysis.
  • The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise in hardware validation with strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and program execution to deliver high‑quality products at scale.
  • Develop and execute validation strategies covering electrical, functional, and system-level requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in board-level hardware validation, system testing, or product validation.
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycle (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT).
  • Experience with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers.
  • The company designs advanced semiconductors and data centre hardware that provide the specialised processing power needed to drive AI innovation, while delivering the efficiency required to support its broader adoption

  • Working closely with silicon, board design, system architecture, firmware, and manufacturing teams, the group develops and executes validation strategies across development phases.
  • The team plays a critical role in bridging design and production by identifying issues early, driving root cause analysis, and enabling robust, production‑ready hardware platforms.
