About the role

  • This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise across frontend, backend, and database development, capable of contributing to complex enterprise applications and collaborating effectively within global distributed teams.
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to engineering standards, code reviews, and testing practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in technical discussions, identify areas for optimization, and contribute to architectural and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and Python technologies.

  • Build responsive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces leveraging ReactJS and modern frontend development practices.
  • Develop and maintain robust APIs, backend services, and business logic using Node.js and Python.
  • Collaborate on integrations between multiple internal and external systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Partner with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders across global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with proven expertise in full stack application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, including modern JavaScript (ES6+), component-based architecture, and frontend best practices.
  • Solid development experience with Node.js and Python in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Sybase databases.
  • Strategic and high-visibility role within a modern engineering culture.
  • Collaborative international team with strong technical leadership.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, including complex query optimization, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Collaboration & Ownership: Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and thrive in distributed teams.
  • Nice to Have Experience working with Sybase databases.
  • Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Long-term contract engagement with high impact and autonomy.
