  • This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across multiple technologies, products, and technical disciplines.
  • The primary focus will be supporting development activities, including integration of the IBM Maximo product with other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sustainment, modernization, and enhancement of multiple enterprise COTS and GOTS applications supporting Infrastructure & Logistics mission areas.
  • Perform application configuration, software deployment, system integration, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities.
  • Develop and maintain integrations utilizing REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Work directly with commercial software vendors to troubleshoot product issues, evaluate new capabilities, coordinate upgrades, and implement vendor-provided solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including configuration guides, implementation procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and deliver enhancements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and twelve (12) years of experience in software development/ engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Sixteen (16) years of software development experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Java development
  • Experience with a JavaScript framework such as Angular
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET
  • Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with external systems.
  • Experience with Docker for containerized application deployment and management
  • Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise application environments.
  • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise COTS applications.
  • Experience with cloud migration or cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and government off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions.
  • Experience with application integrations, APIs, middleware, or enterprise service architectures.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL Server database administration or development.
  • Experience working with multiple technology stacks and rapidly learning new technologies.

Compensation

  • The estimated salary range for this position is between $200,000-$265,000 (annualized USD).
