Responsibilities
- Anticipate and surface human capital trends that influence business performance, and drive decisive action.
- Partner across COEs to shape and deliver the people strategy behind critical initiatives and corporate development efforts impacting RiverSource.
- Bring an enterprise lens to identify innovative solutions, while leveraging programs, policies, and tools to improve results and manage risk.
- Act as a trusted partner to the SVP on complex organizational changes, leading through transformation with clarity and confidence.
- Assess the impact of evolving strategies on workforce effectiveness, lead design and due diligence efforts, and drive seamless implementation, including during high-stakes events such as mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
Nice to have
- 10+ years of Human Resources experience, with depth supporting complex, matrixed, and/or global organizations
- Brings strong business acumen and a data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy and insights into practical HR outcomes
- In-Office Collaboration
- Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results.
- Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.
- Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this role is $107,000 - $147,100/ year.
- We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
- Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
- In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
