About the role
- Gray Residential is seeking to add a Floating/Traveling Maintenance Technician to our team!
- Completing make readies efficiently to ensure apartment homes are move-in ready.
- Assisting with service requests, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Based in the Indianapolis area, this role will support multiple communities throughout the state by assisting with make readies, service requests, and small projects as needed.
Requirements
- General knowledge of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and communities.
