About the role

- Summary: Pay Range: $16-$18 The Recovery House Tech plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents in recovery.
Responsibilities
- Be readily available to assist residents with any questions or additional support they may need.
- Account for all residents and ensure their additional support needs are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned Supervision Given: This position does not supervise any staff.
- This position involves being on-site whenever residents are present, ensuring compliance with house rules, addressing grievances, and responding to incidents effectively Duties and Responsibilities: Be readily available to assist residents with any questions or additional support they may need.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations delicately.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional training in counseling or related field is a plus.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a residential setting is preferred.
- May involve standing or walking for extended periods.
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- Certifications: CPR certification is preferred.
