Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing timely, high-quality support to executive-level principals in complex, fast-paced environments requiring strong critical thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and professional judgment.
- Responsible for applying analytic approaches to address client needs and plan and implement strategic direction.
- Responsible for providing executive-level administrative assistant support to senior leaders in government, military (DoD Flag/General Officers), or private-sector organizations.
- Responsible for maintaining and archiving electronic and paper records in accordance with applicable policies and SOPs, ensuring accountability, accessibility, and retrieval of historical documents.
- Responsible for providing logistical support for domestic and international travel for R&E senior leaders and staff.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in any field of study
- 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience is required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
