Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing timely, high-quality support to executive-level principals in complex, fast-paced environments requiring strong critical thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and professional judgment.
  • Responsible for applying analytic approaches to address client needs and plan and implement strategic direction.
  • Responsible for providing executive-level administrative assistant support to senior leaders in government, military (DoD Flag/General Officers), or private-sector organizations.
  • Responsible for maintaining and archiving electronic and paper records in accordance with applicable policies and SOPs, ensuring accountability, accessibility, and retrieval of historical documents.
  • Responsible for providing logistical support for domestic and international travel for R&E senior leaders and staff.

  • Our teams help government agencies, Fortune 500 firms, and investors manage complex programs, develop IT tools, and forecast critical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in any field of study
  • 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience is required
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
