About the role

  • Our Family Therapists play a key role in our multi-disciplinary teams and work to ensure synergy across treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and support to patients and family members to help promote goals and encourage patients progress through the program.
  • Provides couples' therapy for patients and their partners
  • Providing individual support to patients as needed.
  • If your passion is helping those who are working to support our patients, you would be a great addition to our team.

Requirements

  • Are a Psychologist or Master's level therapist (required)

Nice to have

  • 1+ years clinical work experience post-Master's (strongly preferred)
  • Have knowledge and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other evidenced-based therapies, ideally in the context of delivering family therapy
  • Have experience with patients in crisis, ideally prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting
  • Hold one of the following licenses: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LCPC (preferred)

Compensation

  • $55,000 - $90,000 USD
