About the role
- As a Technical Recruiter, you'll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles - from sourcing to close
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
- Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
- Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
- Our AI OS compounds knowledge, optimizes at every level, and evolves over time.
- Our investors include Y Combinator (YC), Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), and Base10-partners who believe in our mission to redefine how enterprises operate.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in techincal recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
Compensation
- $150k-$200k
