Responsibilities

- The Project Manager leads the development of the commissioning plan, which outlines the scope, schedule, resources, and procedures for commissioning the data center's infrastructure.
- This involves collaborating with stakeholders, including design engineers, construction teams, and facility operators.
- They ensure that systems meet design specifications and performance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, including test procedures, test results, equipment specifications, and as-built documentation.
- They develop contingency plans and escalation procedures to address unforeseen challenges.
- To ensure that we meet the Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and adhere to the Building of Design (BOD) to fulfill the owner's specifications, expectations, and any other requirements.
- Project Planning: The Project Manager leads the development of the commissioning plan, which outlines the scope, schedule, resources, and procedures for commissioning the data center's infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, including test procedures, test results, equipment specifications, and as-built documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree of Administrator (MBA) - optional
- Knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam, and others.
- Ability to travel and work on site 75% required.
- Bachelor or similar
- 3-5 years of experience
- Travel required to different sites.
- 75% of travel required.
- Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities.
- Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses always), respirator when required.
