Responsibilities
- You'll partner with our greater People Ops team to keep core programs running smoothly, maintain data integrity, and help build a strong foundation for growth.
- Partner with the People Operations team to support initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience
- Maintain employee records and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and data integrity
- We are a fusion power company based in Everett, WA, with the mission to build the world's first fusion power plant, enabling a future with unlimited clean electricity.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, administration, customer support, or a related field
Skills
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with compliance
