Company Description McGee is reinventing airport and aviation services throughout North America.
Our teams of motivated, high-performing individuals are bringing a scrappy, new, go-getter agility to ground handling and other services.
This role serves as a working leader, performing all standard Cabin Cleaning Agent duties while coaching team members and modeling exceptional performance.

Always promote and maintain a culture of safety.
Perform station leadership duties such as assigning flights for the day, scheduling and managing agents on a week-to-week basis.
Restock cabin items such as pillows, blankets, magazines, amenity kits, and safety cards; maintain inventory of cleaning materials and cabin supplies.
Maintain clear communication with flight crews and other ground personnel.
Perform regular equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
Perform other duties as assigned to support McGee's successful business operation.

6 months of direct work experience in the specific duty (ramp, cabin cleaning, etc).
Ability to provide specific and constructive feedback as well as positive recognition.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and understand team objectives.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis.
Ability to understand and interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
