About the role
- Join our team as an Irrigation Crew Member and or Driver and play a vital role in servicing our commercial, private, and public clients across Florida.
- This role combines hands-on landscaping work with core irrigation installation and maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform planting, mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and general garden maintenance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in Florida's climate.
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong knowledge of safety practices for landscaping and driving.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work outdoors.
- For drivers, valid U.S. Driver's license and prior 3 years of clean driving history within the U.S.
- Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, picks, saws, wheelbarrows, axes) as required.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
Nice to have
- Proven landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
