About the role
- When a client signs up for Blank Metal training, the live session is the moment they decide whether we're worth it.
- A clean run - the Zoom configured right, the chat humming, the breakout rooms landing on time, every trainer knowing exactly what they're on the hook for - is invisible when it works and impossible to hide when it doesn't.
- Right now that orchestration lives in a few people's heads.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill partner requirements - for example, providing participant counts to Anthropic for Claude Code trainings.
- Some experience running live or virtual sessions - events, webinars, training, classroom support, AV/production, or anything where the show had to go on while you held it together.
- You're comfortable owning a checklist that doesn't fully exist yet, and you'd rather build the missing piece than complain about it.
- Own the run of every training
- Own the communication around it
Nice to have
- you've used Zoom (breakouts, polls), Eventbrite, or survey tools, and you're genuinely curious about AI - you'll be in the room for every Claude training we run.
