About the role
- 3rd shift is 10PM - 6AM, Sunday through Thursday.
- Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.
- Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
- Perform assigned projects as instructed
- We'll ask you for your opinion and ensure we do our part to keep you developing and engaged as we grow our business.
Requirements
- 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience preferably in a fast paced automated or semi-automated facility.
- Data driven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Compensation
- $70,304.00 - $102,200.00
