About the role

As the Director, Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (OCRE), you will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Department's civil rights and Equal Employment Opportunity programs.
The Director, OCRE advises senior Treasury leadership on policy, program implementation, and organizational accountability while ensuring compliance with Federal civil rights laws and strengthening organizational accountability.
