About the role

  • As the Director, Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (OCRE), you will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the Department's civil rights and Equal Employment Opportunity programs.
  • The Director, OCRE advises senior Treasury leadership on policy, program implementation, and organizational accountability while ensuring compliance with Federal civil rights laws and strengthening organizational accountability.
