About the role
- Provide program management for Tech workforce and engagement initiatives, such as the employee recognition program.
- Position is fixed location based in Newark, NJ office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

Responsibilities
- Manage Technology organization workforce regular reporting for core KPIs.
- Collaborate with HR and Recruiting partners to ensure a "single source of truth" for Tech workforce data.
- Support workforce projections, benchmarking analysis and other workforce information for Tech as needed.
- Support Tech team budget tracking, budget operations, and contractor management through partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams.
- Support Business Management team in improving existing workflows, solving through automation where possible.
- Provide support for operational projects for the CTO and senior leadership as needed.
Requirements

Compensation
- $102,939 - 142,800/year.
- Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
