About the role
- Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing.
- Courses in Accounting or Business Administration are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform the following accounts payable functions for all companies (Dunn-Rite Food Products, Carleton Hatcheries, Sunrise Livehaul MB): 1) receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- 4) manage the weekly cheque run and prepare vendor cheques for submission.
- Maintain vendor master files.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient filing system for accounts payable documents.
- Maintain and update the Accounts Payable control and policy manuals.

Requirements
- Knowledge of accounts payable and maintaining general ledgers.
- 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and/or an Accounting environment.
