About the role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of hourly facilities technicians supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
- Partner with Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, and Equipment teams to troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime, and support production goals.
- Support and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
- Coach, train, and develop technicians
- conduct performance feedback and support skill progression.
- Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities as needed.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting new fab or manufacturing site ramp ‑ ups.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs.
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, facilities, or industrial systems).
- Degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, facilities, or industrial systems).
- Experience working in a union ‑ free, high ‑ reliability manufacturing environment.
