Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of hourly facilities technicians supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
  • Partner with Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, and Equipment teams to troubleshoot issues, minimize downtime, and support production goals.
  • Support and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
  • Coach, train, and develop technicians
  • conduct performance feedback and support skill progression.
  • Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities as needed.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting new fab or manufacturing site ramp ‑ ups.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Technical certification or associate degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, facilities, or industrial systems).
  • Degree in a related field (mechanical, electrical, facilities, or industrial systems).
  • Experience working in a union ‑ free, high ‑ reliability manufacturing environment.
