Responsibilities
- Perform routine and random line inspections across both bottling lines
- Accurately document all results following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Maintain real-time records to support traceability and audit readiness
- Support internal and external audits (cGMP, regulatory, customer)
- Identify and document non-conformances and deviations
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in quality control within food, beverage, or cGMP manufacturing
- Working knowledge of cGMP, food safety, and quality systems
- Ability to identify issues quickly and escalate appropriately
- Ability to work this shift with excellent attendance is a must
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or technical certification (food science, biology, or related) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and real-time decision making
- Comfortable with data recording, batch documentation, and audits
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
