Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly grasp complex financial concepts and translate them into practical insights.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Strong intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly grasp complex financial concepts and translate them into practical insights. Solid foundation in Excel and comfort with quantitative analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in high-paced environments. Team-oriented, highly motivated, positive, and proactive, with a strong sense of professional ethics and integrity. Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. What Else You Need To Know: The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
