Develop agency relationships and build a profitable book of business.
Establishes and executes effective and efficient producer and client visits (in conjunction with other internal units and Marketing Representatives as necessary) in order to maintain existing accounts and develop new business.
Responsible for helping develop and implement best practices in the areas of Account Management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferable.
Strong knowledge and technical expertise of commercial Inland Marine exposures, risks, forms, coverages, and market capabilities.
Ability to travel as required for marketing, production and producer management activities.

The base pay range for Senior Underwriter is 150,000.00 to $200,000.00 Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
