About the role

  • The Sales Director (SD) will provide sales leadership and coordinate training activities for independent agents in their down-line.
  • The SD will also be responsible for personal sales when directed by management.
  • Recruit new independent contractor agents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or undergraduate degree.
  • 2-4 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required by management.

Skills

  • Regularly train agents on products and selling tools.
