About the role
- We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Senior - Technology to join our team.
- This role is responsible for executing and enhancing technology-focused risk and compliance testing programs to ensure a strong and effective control environment across the organization.
- An exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develops the steps needed to test and/or analyze compliance with complex policies/procedures and laws/regulations.
- Prepares detailed and objective work papers to support conclusions.
- Performs complex qualitative analysis of testing data and develops reports and recommendations for business partners.
- Builds, develops, and maintains relationships with business and internal control partners (Audit, Risk & Compliance, Legal) to facilitate collaboration between all lines of defense for testing.
- Experiences that will support your success:
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in financial services, including internal/external audit, operational risk/compliance testing, quality assurance, and technology audit experience.
- Bachelor's degree
