About the role

As the first GTM hire for this product, you will help determine how we bring it to market and make customers successful.
This is a hands-on operating role across strategy, growth, product, onboarding, and customer experience.
Run focused experiments: Test messaging, onboarding flows, customer education, and follow-up motions, using metrics such as conversion, activation, time-to-value, usage, and retention

Partner with salon and spa owners and operators through discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption
you build trust, ask good questions, explain complex ideas simply, and move conversations toward an outcome
This is a hands-on operating role across strategy, growth, product, onboarding, and customer experience. You will report directly to the Head of New Product and have influence over both the customer experience and what we build next.

Develop and test the initial GTM approach: Define early customer segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, and the customer journey
Partner with product and engineering: Turn customer conversations and usage patterns into clear product insights and priorities
Excellent customer presence: you build trust, ask good questions, explain complex ideas simply, and move conversations toward an outcome
Used AI tools deeply in your own work or helped customers adopt a new technology

There is no single required background.
You may be a strong fit if you have demonstrated some of the following:
Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical course of action
Comfort using data to identify patterns, evaluate experiments, and make decisions
Strong written communication and the ability to turn messy customer feedback into clear internal recommendations
