Responsibilities
- Build a deep, experience-near understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and decision-making through regular, direct engagement (e.g., interviews, field observation, deal support)
- Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in adtech and brand lift, including ecosystem dynamics, buyer personas, and industry trends
- Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch and iteration
- Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver best-in-class B2B analytical products
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong product-market fit and successful go-to-market execution
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, and collaborate with marketing to define and support our Product Marketing positioning and execution
- You bring a strong analytical mindset and use data to drive decisions

Requirements
- You bring 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- You have a deep understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
Nice to have
- Experience in ad measurement
- Background in launching AI-driven or data-intensive products
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $190,000- $225,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
