About the role

  • The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services to our financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
  • This job is part of the Project Management function serving as Owner's Representative responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
  • Role offers a hybrid schedule onsite with approximately 20% out of town travel regionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
  • This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Management and coaching other Project Managers to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
  • Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
  • Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.
  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Owner's Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of PM Web or similar project management software.
  • Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and the ability to lead delivery resources projects is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
