Responsibilities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support marketing efforts for in-lobby retail products
- Help manage emergencies according to hospital protocols
- Are you passionate about animal care and eager to build your career in the veterinary field?
Requirements
- Ability to uphold strict confidentiality with client and patient information
Nice to have
- Greet clients and welcome patients into the hospital
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle general inquiries
- Prepare for and assist with patient check-ins and discharges
- Educate clients about treatments, services, and products
- Keep exam rooms and the lobby clean and welcoming
- Assist with special events and cross-train in other roles as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
