Business Development Department is dedicated to fostering connections between Tencent and top-tier game developers worldwide, catering to a diverse network of over 100 global investment partners and developers.
Our primary objective is to enhance Tencent's global presence in the internet ecosystem as well as gaming sector, identifying business prospects and supporting investment partners in achieving sustainable growth.
By building a strong global talent network, we aim to strengthen and expand Tencent's partnerships with more partners worldwide while nurturing high-quality games for the market.
Lead frontline engagement with US and AI/tech or AI+ application companies to identify collaboration opportunities and establish long-term partnerships;
More importantly, drive development of new opportunities and incubate new businesses
Develop and maintain a strategic framework for market analysis and opportunity assessment;
Plan and manage business incubation, drive product innovation and new partnerships, develop and execute go-to-market plan.

An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field is a strong plus.
Proficiency in analyzing market data, financial metrics, and technology trends to identify promising opportunities in game tech/AI.
Must be a self-starter, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving investment strategies from ideation to execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint; working knowledge of statistics and analysis packages.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $106,900.00 to $253,400.00 per year.

Demonstrate strategic vision, business insights and in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends (particularly AI applications in gaming).
