About the role

  • Company Description Kanadevia Inova (KVI) is a global market leader in energy from waste (EfW) and renewable gas.
  • KVI acts as an engineering, procurement and construction contractor and project developer, delivering complete turnkey plants and system solutions for thermal and biological EfW recovery.
  • This position will be located in the Tampa, FL area.

Responsibilities

  • KVI's Service Group combines its own research and development with comprehensive manufacturing and erection capabilities to support our clients throughout the entire life cycle of their plant.
  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to site supervisors, ensuring effective communication of work schedules, safety protocols, and project objectives.
  • Monitor site supervisor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address issues proactively to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead and guide the team by our company Leadership Principles, ensuring full engagement and commitment.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and project stakeholders to plan and execute site activities aligned with project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee progress tracking, manage change requests, and address deviations or claims efficiently.
  • Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy
  • Review and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), ensuring all site supervisors implement them effectively.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal departments (e.g., HSE, Site Support, Account Management) and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
