Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facility systems.
- Review maintenance requests and create detailed job plans and instructions for technicians.
- Maintain accurate records within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Assist in developing predictive and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment drawings.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and identify trends.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of maintenance planning, maintenance supervision, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
- Experience with packaging equipment preferred.
