Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a "greenspace" heatmap and run strategic sales campaigns to drive pipeline and bookings in assigned accounts. *
- Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HCM and Payroll solutions aligned with customer needs. *
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users. *
- Build strong relationships with business decision-makers across accounts by leveraging sales management teams, executive sponsors, and in-person meetings. *
- Maintain accurate account contacts and sentiment in Salesforce, including a rolling 4-quarter pipeline, and engage with marketing-qualified leads within 24 hours.
- In this role, you will work closely with our customers to drive sales growth through upselling and cross selling our products and modules.
- You will leverage your deep understanding of the customer's industry and pain points to provide tailored solutions and support.
- You will also develop strategic sales campaigns, identify sales opportunities, and create proposals.

Skills
- The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
Compensation
- The base salary for this position is $95000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan.
- The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
- Develop and maintain Annual Account Plans and Relationship Maps for each assigned account in collaboration with internal stakeholders. *
- Ensure positive customer experiences through existing relationships and conduct at least one annual business review covering adoption, support, and roadmap content. *
