Work with People leaders to identify key talent within the People function and develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Support People teams in creating and implementing career development plans for employees.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of performance management processes for employees in our function.
Identify training needs within the People department and work with People leaders to design and implement relevant development programs.
Support PLT and leaders in managing organizational change initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive People experience, with a focus on People business partnering.
Strong knowledge of People best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Change management experience and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving People landscape
