Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas (e.g., carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, drapery steaming).
- Inspect and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean and maintain vents, filters, and other components to ensure proper air quality and functionality.
- document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Inspect and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment; tighten screws, replace light bulbs, and report larger issues to Engineering.
- Conduct periodic inspections for wear and tear; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when working in occupied rooms.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
- Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.

Nice to have
- Previous deep cleaning or custodial experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HOTSOS, Wet/Dry Vacuums, Floor Scrubbers, Ride on Floor Carpet Cleaner, Carpet Shampooers/Extractors preferred.

- This position is responsible for deep cleaning of hotel guest rooms according to Star Service standards.
- We provide the highest level of quality and service by extensively detailing all guest rooms.
- Rotate mattresses, check bed frames, and ensure bedding meets brand standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment when handling chemicals or tools.
- Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly to management.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and tools; request replenishment as needed.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for room access and scheduling to minimize guest disruption.
- Complete work orders and log maintenance activities accurately in property systems.
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries during tasks; escalate service requests to the appropriate department.
