Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum five (5) years of fleet management, fleet operations, transportation logistics, or supply chain management experience with progressive supervisory responsibility
Nice to have
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and deems safety an utmost priority
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of fleet management systems, telematics, GPS tracking, and fleet data analytics platforms
- Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and other regulatory compliance requirements for commercial fleet operations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 10-20 percent of the time, including overnight travel
- Ability to work in an office-based setting, sit for extended periods of time, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Preferred fleet management certifications such as CAFM, CPFP, or similar
