About the role
- This position requires working alongside crew members in the field while also overseeing job planning, materials, inspections, and communication with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead crews in the field and ensure proper installation techniques are followed
- Perform roof inspections and assist with project scoping and measurements
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Plan and manage assigned projects from start to completion
- Lead by example through strong work ethic and professionalism
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Maintain high quality workmanship standards
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in construction, roofing, or a skilled trade

- This role combines hands-on field work with project leadership responsibilities to ensure jobs are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to EverSeal Roofing quality standards.

- Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving
