Prioritize the ERP roadmap based on business impact; prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure focus on high-value initiatives.
Directly author and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations, business processes, and technical troubleshooting guides, while establishing standards for the team's documentation output.
Drive end-to-end change management protocols, safeguarding business continuity through rigorous UAT and formal stakeholder sign-off.
Create test plans and test scripts.
Lead initiatives to improve data quality.
Work with external implementation partners and offshore resources to ensure architectural standards.
Strong familiarity with ERP cloud offerings and BTP is highly desirable to support the organization's future-state.

While this role does not have direct reports, you will act as the primary functional authority, providing technical and process direction to a team of ERP analysts and external partners.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 8-years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting delivering high-impact solutions through close partnership with business stakeholders.
Extensive experience with complex system enhancements, and high-priority production support.
