About the role
- We are making complex operational workflows feel simple, and replacing the decades-old advisor software with modern AI-first tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the design in your product area, from problem definition to shipping.
- Talk to advisors to understand their problems and inform your design.
- Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- Use and improve our design system, raising the bar for consistency and quality.
- You care deeply about visual design, interactions and writing.
- You believe good design is defined by clarity, simplicity and execution.
Requirements
- You have prior experience designing complex multi-user products with high data density.
- You can just do things.
- You work hard and ship daily.
