Responsibilities

- Act as the Salesforce Business Analyst for Post‑Sale initiatives, with deep understanding of end‑to‑end lifecycle flows (e.g., entitlement, renewals, support, operations)
- Partner closely with Product Owners to refine scope, prioritize backlog items, and ensure stories are development‑ready
- Maintain system documentation, requirements libraries, and traceability for ongoing reference and auditability
- Collaborate with the Development Manager and DevOps Lead on sequencing, dependencies, and release planning
Compensation
- $91,900 - $137,900 USD

- The base salary range for this role across the U.S. is $91,900 - $137,900, with potential eligibility for a bonus.
