Responsibilities
- Station Logistics: Manage thorough station set-ups, breakdowns, and line checks while maintaining sufficient par levels and backups at all times.
- Team Synergy: Maintain honest, open communication with staff and leadership, assisting teammates whenever possible to ensure an effective, guest-focused club operation.

Requirements
- Execute all cooking responsibilities for prep shifts with deep knowledge of recipes and prep methods, including meat/fish fabrication, sauces, baking, and vegetable preparation.
Skills
- Strong foundational knife skills, a clear understanding of raw ingredients, and a strict commitment to recipe consistency.
