About the role
- Completion of a post-secondary program in art education, museum studies, history, visual and/or media arts related discipline, or a combination of education and experience may be considered Experience working with children, seniors, or those with special needs would be an asset Experience in developing lesson and activity plans and a demonstrated interest in working with participants of all ages and backgrounds Demonstration of solid knowledge and a keen interest in contemporary visual art and community engagement Familiarity with a broad range of art techniques, practices, materials and Canadian History Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including
Responsibilities
- As a PAMA Educator you will prepare and deliver a wide range of art and museum-based programs and activities to children, youth, adults and seniors that participate in PAMA's school and public programs.

Requirements
- Successful candidates hired to work within The Region of Peel's PAMA are required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Availability on Weekends is required.
