About the role
- This role focuses on infrastructure, architecture, and platform optimization, ensuring customers maximize the value of their Microsoft and AvePoint investments through scalable, secure solutions.
- You will operate as a technical advisor and solution strategist, bridging customer needs with AvePoint's platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and present scalable solutions aligned to Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and AvePoint technologies
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops
- Support end-to-end presales activities, including proposals, technical validation, and solution positioning
- Partner with account teams to drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment
- Support internal enablement, product feedback loops, and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Architecture, or Technical Presales
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Experience with migration, backup, security, and governance solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise sales environments and complex deals
- Ability to design and communicate enterprise-scale architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
