Maintain accurate chain-of-custody records, inventory logs, and audit documentation.
Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and security teams to support the movement of sensitive materials.
Support internal and external audits related to inventory, compliance, and logistics.

Strong attention to detail with a proven record of accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Experience with inventory management systems, logs, and tracking tools.
Ability to follow established procedures and controls with consistency.
Prior experience with U.S. Government-regulated, export-controlled, or classified materials.
Familiarity with packaging and transportation requirements for sensitive or regulated equipment.
Experience supporting audits related to logistics, inventory, or compliance.
Must be able to work all required shift hours, overtime and/or weekends as needed.

Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist
The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for the secure handling, logging, storage, packaging, and shipment of materials and equipment, including U.S. Government-regulated and sensitive items.
This role requires disciplined execution, strong documentation practices, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality, and security stakeholders.
