Establish, implement, and enforce preventative maintenance programs for all HVAC systems.
Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and hands-on support for complex HVAC issues.
Train, coach, and develop property-level engineering teams on HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Develop and standardize HVAC-related SOPs and operational processes across all.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and implement energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve system performance.
Support emergency response efforts and provide on-call technical assistance as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to safely use tools and equipment associated with HVAC maintenance and repair.
Frequent travel between required.

On-call availability for emergencies is required.

High school diploma or equivalent required
technical training or certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
hospitality or multi-property experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
EPA Certification required
additional HVAC or trade certifications preferred.

Advanced HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
High level of accountability, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.
Working knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
