Responsibilities

  • Catkin and colcon workspaces with CMake build systems
  • What you'll deliver
  • Design modular, concurrent, and distributed systems for perception, planning, and execution - strong multithreading and synchronization
  • Develop robotic welding features with automated testing, optimized for real-time, deterministic behavior
  • Build the Path Forward
  • Our AI-driven systems enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in the real world closing the skilled labor gap and transforming industries.
  • We go beyond traditional methods, combining perception, reasoning, and control to deliver field-ready AI that is risk-aware, reliable, and continuously improving through real-world use.
  • Our Software Engineers play a crucial role in shaping the future of manufacturing by building robust, real-time back-end and robotics systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in CS, Robotics Engineering, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 1-2 years in production robotics or C++ systems with real-world deployment.
  • Strong C++ proficiency
  • Experience with ROS and ROS2 (publishers/subscribers, services, node lifecycle, or equivalent)

Nice to have

  • Robotics background - motion planning, perception, or control on real hardware
  • Real-time or safety-critical systems experience and performance profiling
