As a CVS Health Store Manager (SM), you will be a single-unit retail leader responsible for leading your team to achieve operational and service excellence.

Maintain a safe and high-quality working environment that complies with all regulatory and company standards
Conduct regular check-ins with all direct reports to track business goals and maintain team engagement
Maintain a strong working relationship with Rx DL, Pharmacy Manager, pharmacy team and any other in-store teams (e.g., Minute Clinic, etc.) to foster a #OneTeam mentality and support a holistic total store staffing pipeline
Partner with FS DL to establish store priorities, implement new initiatives, and engage all colleagues
Our Retail Store Managers play a critical role in building and leading teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise.
The SM will lead the store team through effective communication, consistent application of SOPs and best practices, provisioning of appropriate support to all departments, and scheduling to the needs of the business.

Must be 18 years of age
Completion of all required training for current role within required timeframe
1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
two closing shifts per week and four weekend shifts per month are required at a minimum
Ability to stand and walk for an extended amount of time

Pharmacy Technician Licensure
Bachelor's degree

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
