- Monitor the quality of millwork products at various stages of production, ensuring they meet specified standards and customer requirements. Implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials, hardware, and supplies needed for production. Manage inventory levels efficiently to minimize waste and delays.
- Optimize and refine production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, designers, estimating, and installation teams to understand project requirements and deadlines. Coordinate the production schedule to meet project timelines.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation related to quality control, production schedules, and inventory levels.
- Communicates Effectively - Creates open channels of communication, adapts message to fit the audience, expresses ideas clearly and concisely, keeps others well informed
