Responsibilities
- Partner closely with to understand technical requirements, clearance needs, and program timelines.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in recruiting, with at least some focus on defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting.
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and business operations.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby).
- This role requires deep knowledge of recruiting and familiarity with DoD environments.
