About the role
- Sauk Prairie Healthcare is a 36-bed, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) acute care hospital and two surgical specialty practices as well as four primary care clinics in Mazomanie, Plain, Spring Green and Lodi.
- Our Emergency Department is a Level III Trauma Center with 10 bays.
- We provide care for more than 40,000 people in our service area.
Responsibilities
- Supervise/collaborate with advanced practice clinicians.
Requirements
- Required: Experience working in an Emergency Department/Urgent Care setting.
- Required: State of Wisconsin license as a Physician and Drug Enrollment Agency (DEA) Registration.
- Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification required.
- Based on department need, must be available to work holidays, weekends and off-shifts.
Nice to have
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- Emergency Medicine trained.
- Preferred: Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- Preferred: Emergency Medicine trained.
