About the role

  • This role is on-site at Long Beach Amphitheater.
  • Under the direction of the Concessions Manager, the Concessions Supervisor is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards during events.

Responsibilities

  • This position provides operational support across both venues.
  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety.
  • Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, including navigating stairs and ramps.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including frequent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

  • Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet all state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service.

Compensation

  • The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
  • Candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly related experience may be considered for compensation at or above the posted range, where appropriate and consistent with company compensation practices.
