About the role

This role is on-site at Long Beach Amphitheater.
Under the direction of the Concessions Manager, the Concessions Supervisor is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.
This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards during events.

This position provides operational support across both venues.
Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety.
Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be fluent in English.
Ability to work in an open-air environment in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, including navigating stairs and ramps.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including frequent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

Physical Demands

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
Candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly related experience may be considered for compensation at or above the posted range, where appropriate and consistent with company compensation practices.
